Returns & Exchanges

RHUDE offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, eyewear, and special collaborations are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the shipment is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus a restocking fee.
